The diploma thesis deals with information system in Telefónica O2 Czech Republic company. The thesis is focused on describing the existing enterprise information system especially in terms of processing customer requirements and their impact on customers. The aim is to draft changes in the information system of conflict resolution department orders. The changes are geared to enhancing the effectiveness of staff members and increase customer satisfaction.

This diploma thesis is based upon a study of processes in a subdivision of fischer systems, a company in the automotive industry. These processes are studied with reference to lean manufacturing and Kaizen products. The first part of this thesis is a general introduction to the company. It is followed by a description of the subdivision in question, and a discussion of various theoretical approaches. An analysis of the current state of manufacturing and processes is also made. Finally, a proposal is made towards solving imperfections uncovered in the analysis stage, and getting the company closer to lean manufacturing.

This Bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of ordering process improvement by company. It is focused on the flow of goods from producer to final customer and concerns on customers´ requirements. In first chapters of the thesis the concept of order, customers and logistics is defined. The logistics section is very wide, that is why the paper deals more with distributive logistics and related areas such as packaging, handling, stocking, transportation and communication. In the next part of the thesis, the theoretic knowledge is used to analyze the situation in specific company - MOTIP DUPLI Ltd. Finally, some recomendations and trends which the company will have to deal with in a near future are presented.

The improvement suggestions are directed at several spheres: the differentiated inventory management, the optimizing of order process, the overabundant inventory and the information system of inventory management.
Software for Detecting, Analysing and Correcting of Conflict Orders in CRM

The master's thesis focuses on the creation of the automatic error cleansing software which clears the errors generated by the ordering system. Based on the error analysis (e.g. their causes and possibilities of their correction) the software enables the automatic error correction without the necessity of any manual action resulting in minimal delay of customers’ orders.
